机电设备拆装实训室

一、实训室概况

机电设备拆装实训室约120平方米,共有48个工位,配置钳工装配平台、机械系统创意组合设计实训台、三维机械手、四冲程汽油发动机、典型液压元件、台式钻床及相应的手动、电动工具和测绘工具。可承担机械手拆装、液压元件拆装、典型机械部件拆装、机械系统创意组合设计等实训任务,可以满足机电一体化技术、工业机器人技术等专业开设的《机械装配工艺》、《机械基础》、《机械制图与测绘》等项目课程实施。培养学生对机电设备的拆装、测绘和设计能力,提高教师和学生的动手能力、设计能力和综合运用能分析。

一、 Overview of Training Room
 Electromechanical equipment disassembly and assembly training room covers an area of 120 square meters and has 48 workstations, equipped with fitter assembly platform, mechanical system creative combination design training platform, three-dimensional manipulator, four-stroke gasoline engine, typical hydraulic components, bench drilling machine and the corresponding manual, electric tools and mapping tools. It can undertake practical training tasks such as manipulator disassembly and assembly, hydraulic component disassembly and assembly, typical mechanical component disassembly and assembly, mechanical system creative combination design, etc. It can meet the requirements of "Mechanical assembly Process", "Mechanical Basis", "Mechanical Drawing and Mapping" and other project courses of mechatronic integration technology, industrial robot technology and other majors. Cultivate students' ability of disassembly and assembly, mapping and designing of electromechanical equipment, improve both teachers' and students' practical ability, design ability and comprehensive application analysis ability.
